License Terms & Conditions

1. License Cost and Currency:

Odoo license fees are calculated based on the official Odoo pricing in USD. The EGP value is provided for client reference only and is subject to the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.

2. Exchange Rate and Payment:

The client agrees to pay the total license cost in EGP, calculated according to the USD/EGP exchange rate at the time of payment. The company is not responsible for any changes in the exchange rate or currency fluctuation.

3. No Markup or Commission:

The license cost is collected on behalf of the client to be paid directly to Odoo S.A. No commission or profit is added by our company.

4. Payment Timeline:

Payment for the license must be made in full prior to initiating the license purchase process from Odoo. License provisioning begins only after full payment is received.

5. Non-Refundable:

Odoo licenses are non-refundable once the purchase is initiated with Odoo S.A. Please confirm your license quantities and needs carefully before payment.

6. Client Responsibility:

The client is responsible for verifying the number of users and Odoo apps/modules required. Our company does not hold responsibility for unused licenses.

7. License Ownership:

The Odoo license is registered directly under the client’s name or company account. The client retains full ownership of the license after purchase.

8. VAT and Banking Fees:

Any bank transfer charges, VAT, or applicable transaction fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
