Odoo Implementation & Success Pack – T & C


1. Scope of Work

The implementation covers the setup, configuration, and training for the agreed Odoo modules as per the project proposal or success pack scope. Any additional modules, apps, or development outside the scope will be subject to separate quotation and approval.

2. Project Timeline

The implementation timeline is estimated in working days and is based on mutual availability and timely data provision from the client. Delays from the client side (e.g. lack of data, approvals, or feedback) may result in extended delivery dates.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must assign a point of contact and ensure data is provided in the required formats within agreed timelines. The client is also responsible for testing and confirming deliverables at each milestone.

4. Payment Terms

  • Implementation fees are billed according to the agreed schedule.
  • All payments are due in advance or upon milestone delivery, as specified in the agreement.
  • Delayed payments may result in pausing project activities until settled.

5. Change Requests

Any changes to the original scope (modules, workflows, reports, customizations) must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

6. Support & Maintenance

  • One year of free bug fixing and standard support is provided post-go live.
  • Additional support (e.g. feature updates, system changes) can be covered under a separate SLA or support contract.
  • Success Packs include functional consulting, training, and configuration assistance but do not cover custom development unless specified.

7. Data Security & Confidentiality

We commit to handling client data with confidentiality. The client must also maintain the security of their own access credentials and hosted environment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work delivered until the termination date is billable and must be settled in full.

9. Ownership

All configuration, workflows, and documentation developed during the project are the property of the client. Custom modules or code may be reused only with written consent.
